Everybody sweats, especially after engaging in a rigorous activity. Increased sweating is useful to aid osmoregulation in times of increased activity. Sweat is a by-product of water and minerals called electrolytes. When you sweat, you feel like rough solid material is left in your body, if this rough material are not washed off, they block the hair glands in your scalp and the result is most likely to be a scalp pimple. Make it a habit to regularly wash your hair after a workout.
