You can apply it using the clean cotton ball which is dipped in lemon juice or you can use it by adding 1 tbsp lemon juice in1 tbsp cinnamon powder. Leave this overnight and rinse with warm water in the morning. This is also not good to be used with sensitive skin.

Toothpaste: Use the toothpaste you apply every morning to treat the pimples fast. It has the same effect as the use of ice cubes. Toothpaste generally contains silica. It will help to dry your pimple and decreasing its size. For better results apply some tooth paste, while going to sleep and rinse it with warm water once you get up in the morning. Note: some toothpaste contains sodium sulfate, which is an irritating agent to the skin. Make this clear before you apply toothpaste on your skin. It may burn your skin.

Steam: Use of the steam is great for the skin. It can be done any time. For this you can crush two aspirin in a bowl, put some water in it to get a paste. With q tip coat the mouth of pimples with this paste. You can leave it for 15-20 minutes. For better result, leave it applied on the pimple overnight and wash in the next morning with warm water and face wash. 

Witch hazel: witch hazel is an astringent. The best are those with no alcohol. Use cotton ball to apply it on the pimple and let them dry. Wash after 15-20 minutes. Repeat this after every 20 minutes.

Eye drops: eye drops which are used to decrease the redness of the eyes are also helpful in minimizing the redness of the pimples and symptoms of irritation due to acne. Use a clean cloth or cotton ball to apply on the pimple. Before using the eye drops place them in the refrigerator for at least half an hour as the cold affect better in soothing the redness of the skin.

Natural antihistamines: Natural antihistamines can be used as a pill or can be drunk as a tea. The best thing about them is that they help in decreasing the redness of the skin tissue. Stinging nettle, Coldsfoot and basils are some of the widely used antihistamines.

Benzoyl peroxide: Benzoyl peroxide is good for fighting against the bacteria causing the pimples to appear on the skin.
